‘Franz Binder’ Ethnography Museum – is located at 11 th Small Square and is part of the ‘ASTRA’ National Complex of Museums. Founded in 1993, the museum is the first and only worldwide ethnography museum in Romania. The building that houses the museum is a historical monument, built between 1865 and 1867. It became home of the ‘Franz Binder’ Museum after its restoration in 1989.
